I’m Dean Palmer, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, BACP-registered counsellor, and executive coach with the Association for Coaching.

Before training as a therapist, I studied law, journalism and creative writing at City, University of London and spent over 25 years as a television executive and producer, working in high-pressure corporate and freelance environments in London and abroad. This gave me a first-hand understanding of performance, identity, stress, and the emotional impact of sustained professional pressure.

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I work as an affiliate executive coach with Morgan Philips, a global executive search and organisational development firm, supporting clients with leadership, workplace pressures, and professional transitions.
