SUPPORT FOR RELATIONSHIPS, Anxiety, WORK Stress AND the PRESSURES of modern life

Psychotherapy and Coaching in Clapham, Brighton & Hove, and Online Across the UK and Internationally

HELLO,

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling with unhelpful patterns in your life or relationships, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer psychotherapy and coaching for adults seeking greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, and lasting change.

Many of the people I work with appear capable and successful on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, or emotional exhaustion.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. At its core, my work is about sitting alongside people as they make sense of their lives.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom. A relaxed, no-obligation conversation to explore whether working together feels right.

I work in London (Clapham), Brighton & Hove, and online across the UK and abroad.

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, BACP-accredited counsellor, and accredited coach with the Association for Coaching (AC). I am recognised by leading private health insurers, including AXA, Aviva and Vitality, allowing eligible clients psychotherapy through their insurance cover.

Taking the first step can feel difficult, but it is often the beginning of meaningful change.

PSYCHOTHERAPY & COUNSELLING

You Might Recognise Yourself In Some Of The Following

  • Feeling anxious or restless, even when there’s no clear reason
  • Fear of rejection, abandonment, or being “too much” in relationships
  • Persistent self-doubt or difficulty trusting yourself, your feelings, or your decisions
  • Exhaustion from work pressure, burnout, or difficult environments
  • Feeling different, unseen, or that you don't quite belong.
  • Repeating patterns you struggle to change.

I work with adults (18+) who are often thoughtful, capable, and outwardly high-functioning, yet internally unsettled.

Some are struggling with anxiety, relationships, or self-worth. Others are navigating demanding professional lives, questions around identity or sexuality, or significant periods of change.

Many people I work with are used to coping. Therapy often begins when coping is no longer enough.

My Approach

Therapy can help you understand the patterns beneath how you think, feel, and relate to others — and how earlier experiences may still be influencing your life today.

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I work integratively, drawing on psychodynamic and relational therapy, person-centred and trauma-informed approaches, and existential thinking.

Together, we can develop greater self-understanding, strengthen your relationships and boundaries, and create more freedom in how you live and make choices.

coaching & WORKPLACE STRESS

Coaching can help when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what to do next.

Life does not neatly divide into “work” and “personal.” What happens at work can affect our confidence, relationships, and well-being.

You might be:

  • Facing an important decision or career change
  • Struggling with pressure, stress, or burnout
  • Dealing with workplace bullying, a controlling manager, or a toxic culture
  • Navigating redundancy or a loss of professional confidence
  • Wanting to improve your leadership, communication, or boundaries
  • Questioning whether your work or life still feels right
  • Looking to improve performance, focus, or leadership
  • Aware of your potential, but not fully realising it

As both a psychotherapist and an executive coach, I can help you consider the whole picture — work, relationships, identity, ambition, and whatever else may be keeping you awake at night.

Coaching is practical and forward-focused. Together, we clarify what is happening, identify what is getting in the way, and work out what you want to do next.

The aim is greater clarity, confidence, stronger boundaries, and a clearer sense of direction.
