About ME

I’m Dean Palmer, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, BACP-registered counsellor, and executive coach with the Association for Coaching.

I offer a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where complex emotional and relational experiences can be explored with honesty, depth, and care. Above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative, human, and grounded in trust.

Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working

as a television executive and producer in high-pressure corporate and freelance environments across the UK and USA. This experience gave me a strong understanding of ambition, performance, identity, stress, and the emotional impact of sustained pressure, both professionally and personally.

Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I also work as an affiliate executive coach with Morgan Philips, a headhunting and organisational development company. I support clients navigating leadership and workplace challenges, professional transitions, and difficult organisational dynamics.

My work bridges psychological depth with real-world understanding, helping clients make sense of both their inner world and the pressures of modern life.
