I offer confidential psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, break unhelpful cycles, and build a stronger sense of self-worth, clarity, and connection.


My work is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationships, identity, work burnout, or a sense of being “not quite okay,” therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to move forward with greater confidence.


To help you decide whether I’m the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom — a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where you can ask questions and get a feel for how I work.

I work in London (Clapham SW4) and online across the UK.


I hold an MSc and Clinical Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute and a Business Coaching Certification from the University of Cambridge. I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP.

I work with insurance companies AXA and Vitality.

I work with adults (18+) and have particular experience supporting:

  • Lesbian, gay and bisexual clients
  • Clients navigating emotional intimacy, shame, or isolation
  • Professionals experiencing burnout, overwhelm or loss of meaning
  • Trauma, including relational and developmental trauma



How therapy with me works

My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor the work to you rather than fitting you into a rigid model.

I draw on psychodynamic and relational therapy, person-centred and trauma-informed practice, existential therapy and coaching tools where appropriate.


Together, we look at how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape how you think, feel, and relate — and how change becomes possible.


Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and grounded in warmth, honesty, and professional boundaries.

I offer weekly talking therapy sessions, but please note that I do not provide a 24-hour crisis service. If you find yourself in distress and need immediate support, I encourage you to reach out to your GP, call NHS 111, or contact the Samaritans, who are available 24/7 at 116 123.

I practice in Clapham Common, South-West London, conveniently located near Balham, Battersea, Brixton, Kennington, Tooting, Vauxhall, and Wandsworth.
