SUPPORT FOR ANXIETY, RELATIONSHIPS, AND PRESSURE AT WORK

Psychotherapy in Clapham SW4 and Online Across the UK

HELLO

If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer make sense, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it by yourself.

I offer confidential psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply, break unhelpful cycles, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth, clarity, and connection.

My work is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in trust. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, identity questions, work burnout, or a sense of being “not quite okay,” therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to move forward with greater confidence.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or Zoom — a relaxed, no-obligation conversation to help you decide whether I’m the right psychotherapist for you.

I work in London (Clapham SW4) and online across the UK.

I hold an MSc and Clinical Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute and a Business Coaching Certification from the University of Cambridge. I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and a BACP-registered counsellor, and I work with AXA and Vitality insurance providers.

Issues I Can Help With

You might recognise yourself in some of the following:

  • Feeling anxious or restless, even when there’s no obvious reason
  • A sense of emptiness, low mood, or emotional disconnection
  • Fear of rejection, abandonment, or being “too much” in a relationship
  • Difficulty trusting yourself, your feelings, or your decisions
  • Growing exhaustion from work pressure, burnout, or a toxic environment
  • Feeling different, unseen, or not quite belonging — socially, professionally, or emotionally

These experiences often have roots in earlier relationships or life experiences and can continue to shape how we relate to ourselves and others long into adulthood.

Who I Work With

I work with adults (18+) and particularly support people who are:

  • Thoughtful, capable, and high-functioning, but internally unsettled
  • Living with chronic anxiety, stress, or overwhelm
  • Repeating difficult relationship or attachment patterns
  • Carrying shame, self-criticism, or low self-worth
  • Professionals under sustained pressure at work
  • Exploring identity, sexuality, or belonging and wanting a safe, affirming space
  • Navigating significant life transitions or decisions

Many of the people I work with are used to coping. Therapy often begins when coping is no longer enough.

How Therapy Can Help

Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding yourself.

Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns influence how you think, feel, and relate today. As this understanding deepens, new choices and possibilities open up.

Clients often describe therapy as helping them to:

  • Feel calmer and more emotionally regulated
  • Develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with themselves
  • Break out of unhelpful relational patterns
  • Feel clearer about boundaries, choices, and direction
  • Experience greater confidence, connection, and self-trust

Change happens through a steady, relational process where insight, emotional safety, and honesty come together.

My Approach to Therapy

My approach is integrative psychotherapy, meaning I tailor the work to you rather than fitting you into a single model.

I draw on psychodynamic and relational therapy, person-centred and trauma-informed practice, existential therapy, and coaching tools where appropriate.

Sessions are collaborative and reflective, grounded in warmth, clarity, and professional boundaries. I work at

depth while remaining attentive to how therapy supports your life outside the room.
