Life can feel overwhelming. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, or major life changes, it is easy to feel lost. Family dynamics, relationships, and work stress can shape how you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy provides support through these challenges, helping you gain clarity and resilience.

My goal is to help you move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and work towards a more fulfilling life.

Therapy and coaching are collaborative processes built on trust. That’s why I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Zoom or phone - a relaxed, no-obligation chat to see if we are a good fit.

Qualifications: I hold an MSc and Clinical Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, along with a Business Coaching Certification from Cambridge University.

I am accredited by the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and the AC (Association for Coaches).

Therapy starts with a strong, trusting relationship—one where you feel safe, heard, and understood. My role is to support and gently challenge you as you gain clarity and confidence.

Everyone’s journey is different, so I tailor my approach to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences shape your present, helping you process emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and move forward.

Therapy isn’t just about reflection—it’s about change. We’ll work towards meaningful goals, creating small but powerful shifts that lead to a more fulfilling life.

I draw from relational, psychodynamic, person-centred, attachment-based, and existential therapy, adapting to what feels right for you. And sometimes, simply being truly heard can make all the difference.

I adhere to the ethical codes of the AC, BACP and UKCP, attend regular supervision, and commit to ongoing professional development. I am fully insured, DBS-checked, and ICO-registered for data protection.

I offer weekly talking therapy sessions, but please note that I do not provide a 24-hour crisis service. If you find yourself in distress and need immediate support, I encourage you to reach out to your GP, call NHS 111, or contact the Samaritans, who are available 24/7 at 116 123.

I practice in the West End, Central London, within walking distance of Leicester Square, Oxford Circus, Marble Arch, Marylebone and Piccadilly Circus, as well as in Clapham Common, South-West London, conveniently located near Balham, Battersea, Kennington, Tooting, Vauxhall, and Wandsworth.
